The terms under which organizations and participants use Rallora.
Using Rallora
By using Rallora, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in support of genuine fundraising efforts. You may not use Rallora to misrepresent a campaign, mislead supporters, send messages to people without a personal connection, or for any activity that is fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited by law.
Accounts & Organizations
Organization leaders are responsible for the campaigns they create and the participants they invite. Each account holder is responsible for keeping their login secure and for the activity that occurs under their account. Participants are responsible for the messages they send and the contacts they choose to reach.
Fundraising & Donations
Campaigns are created and managed by the organization. Donations are processed through a secure payment provider, and funds are collected on behalf of the organization. Rallora helps facilitate the campaign, process donations, and provide receipts, but the organization is responsible for the proper use of funds raised and for any tax reporting that may apply.
Fees & Payments
A standard platform fee applies to each online donation to cover processing and platform costs. Fee details are disclosed within the campaign and at the point of donation. Organizations are responsible for any payouts owed to them and for confirming receipt of disbursed funds.
Acceptable Messaging
Rallora is designed for personal, relationship-based outreach, not mass marketing. Participants should message only people they know and have reason to believe would welcome hearing from them. See our Messaging Policy for full details.
Limitation of Liability
Rallora is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rallora is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the platform. We work to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform grows. We will note the date of the most recent revision and encourage you to review them periodically.
