How Rallora thinks about the information organizations and supporters entrust to it.
Information We Handle
Rallora collects the information needed to run personalized fundraising campaigns. This may include organization details such as name, type, and contact information; campaign details such as goals and stories; participant details such as names and contact information; supporter contact information shared by participants for outreach; and donation information such as donor name, email, and payment details needed to process and receipt gifts.
How We Use Information
We use this information to power campaigns, connecting participants to the supporters they know, processing donations, sending receipts, tracking fundraising progress, and helping leaders manage their organizations. Payment information is handled by our payment processor and is not stored on Rallora servers.
How Information Is Shared
Participant contact information is visible to the campaign leaders who invite them. Supporter contact details are used to deliver the messages a participant sends and to track responses. We do not sell personal information. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate the platform, such as payment processing and email delivery, and as required by law.
Your Choices
Participants can update their profile information at any time. Supporters can opt out of further messages and may request removal of their contact details. Organizations can manage the data within their campaigns. If you would like to access, correct, or request deletion of information you have provided, you may contact us and we will respond in a reasonable timeframe.
Data Security
Rallora is built to protect the information organizations entrust to it. We use industry-standard safeguards, restrict access to authorized personnel, and work with trusted partners for payment processing and secure data handling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable measures.
Children's Privacy
Rallora is often used by youth organizations. For participants under 18, campaigns are managed by an adult leader, and we encourage parental involvement in the outreach process. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children outside of a supervised campaign context.
SMS Messaging & Mobile Number Privacy
Rallora sends fundraising invitation and reminder messages via SMS on behalf of the organizations using our platform. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data provided to Rallora are used solely to deliver campaign-related messages (such as a one-time invitation link and occasional reminders to activate a fundraising page) and are never sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies depending on campaign activity, but is typically no more than a few messages per participant per campaign. Standard message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out of all SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting the campaign organizer. To receive help information, recipients may reply HELP. After opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent to that mobile number.

We may update this policy as Rallora evolves. We will note the date of the most recent revision and encourage you to review it periodically.
